Founded in India by Keshav Gupta and Arjun Garg. Built to solve a major blind spot in B2B commerce: extending trade credit to counterparties without factual intelligence.
In manufacturing and trading hubs across India—from Kanpur and Surat to Ludhiana and Ahmedabad—business runs on credit. Goods worth lakhs move on 30, 60, or 90-day credit terms every single day. But while banks can instantly pull commercial credit bureau records before lending ₹50,000, ordinary suppliers cannot.
Under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA), commercial credit bureau files are strictly restricted to financial institutions. Suppliers shipping ₹5–10 lakh consignments are left relying on word-of-mouth, market rumors, or gut feeling.
The Realization:
While private bureau scores were locked away, India's public registers—specifically the GST filing index and eCourts litigation records—contained massive, authoritative signals. A firm that stopped filing GST returns 4 months ago or has active Section 138 cheque-bounce proceedings in district courts is already signaling severe distress.
The Solution: We created Parakh: enter one GSTIN and get back a verified 1-page report instantly. No bloated dashboards, no black-box credit scores—just unassailable, verified public facts.
We built Parakh on three non-negotiable architectural principles:
Hands-on founders dedicated to bringing trust and speed to trade credit across India.

Leads product strategy, data engine architecture, and evidence verification. Ensures every court match and GST filing signal meets institutional diligence standards.

Drives brand strategy, growth, and supplier outreach across key industrial hubs. Works closely with trade associations to make counterparty verification standard practice.
Every Parakh report is human-checked before delivery. If a finding is ambiguous or you need a deeper search, we re-verify it at zero extra cost.
