Is this a credit score?

No — and it never will be. Credit scoring on a business is reserved by law for registered credit bureaus. Parakh reports what is on the public record and leaves the judgement where it belongs: with you.

Why can't I just pull their CIBIL myself?

Because the law keeps commercial bureau data for lenders, not for suppliers extending trade credit. That gap is exactly the one this fills — with the records that are public.

What can the report not tell me?

Bank balances, private ledgers, what they owe anyone else, whether the stock exists, and anything that was never filed. Every report states its own blind spots in a fixed last line — that slot is not optional copy.

Is it legal to look this up?

Yes. The GST register and the court record are both published. Nothing here is scraped from behind a login, bought from a data broker, or obtained without consent.

Do you need anything besides the GSTIN?

No. Fifteen characters off their invoice. If you also know the trading name, it helps us search the court record under both names — but it is not required.

Does the party find out I checked them?
